This site is a tribute to Tony Hall. He is much loved and will always be remembered by his family and friends. It would be lovely if people could share any funny stories they have of Tony. He'd want us to be laughing rather than crying.

If you are able to attend the funeral, please come as yourselves. He hated funeral attire and wouldn't want people wasting money on 'poncy' clothing. Your presence is what matters most and he'd want you all to be comfortable.

Following the funeral service, there will be a Wake at The Seagull, Portchester. You are all warmly invited to join us as we remember Tony. Teas, coffees and a buffet will be served.

Flower tributes are welcome but Tony would probably say that if you are going to spend money, please make it worthwhile by giving to a smaller charity who would truly appreciate it. With this in mind, we have chosen Stubbington Ark as the charity to support. Tony loved animals even if he pretended not to and hopefully now he has been reunited with his much loved cat, Leroy.
